A&G Trading is a full service distributor of the highest quality organic, natural, ethnic & specialty foods. We take great responsibility in the products we pick. Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions.

1. New accounts are set up as COD, until credit references are checked.

2. We accept all major credit cards.

3. New customers must provide copy of business license and Federal ID number when opening an account.

4. We offer direct distribution in the New York metropolitan area & Hudson Valley, New Jersey. Kindly call us to verify your area.

5. All others, we offer shipping throughout Continental US.

6. There is no minimum order if order is to be shipped via UPS.

7. Customer pays all shipping charges, no exceptions.

8. Collate your orders before calling them in, ordering total quantities of each item. Multiple entries may cause errors and confusion.

9. Prices can change without prior notice, as prices from our suppliers fluctuate.

10. Please try to avoid payments in cash when delivery arrives, payments must be made by check or money order. If this is an issue, please contact us, to make special arrangements.

11. Bad checks are subject to a $15.00 charge per check bounced.

12. We have a 24 hour return policy, for any error, damages or missing items, NO RETURNS AFTER 24 HOUR DELIVERED.

13. Our drivers are not allowed to pick up returns from a previous shipment unless you have already made arrangements with our offices, credits will not be issued without prior authorization. Any returns, must be in original packaging, price stickers removed, and must come back in full case as sold.
